If your browser is set to block all pop-ups, you can turn that off or add firstgiving.com to your “allowed” list.
If you are using Firefox, you can do this by going to the Tools menu, selecting Options, and then clicking the Content tab there. One of the options is to block pop-up windows. There’s a button next to that option that says “Exceptions” – if you click that, you can enter the website address that you want to allow popups on.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you would go to the Tools menu and hover over Pop-Up Blocker, which will bring up a submenu on which you should choose Pop-Up Blocker Options. Then you can choose to allow pop-ups from FirstGiving.
