Our friends at the Cure JM Foundation are registering supporters for their annual February fundraising event and encouraging them to raise money online for a very important cause: a cure for Juvenile Myositis. Since they know that many of their supporters spend time on Facebook, the Cure JM Foundation uses Facebook to share fundraising tips:
The folks at Cure JM posted a link from FirstGiving’s help and resources site to show supporters how easy it is to highlight their fundraising pages on their own Facebook profiles.
With the event over a month away, supporters have already raised over $60,000 online.
So, to recap: Give your supporters the tools to be successful for your cause. Use your Facebook page to reach your supporters and encourage them to raise money online.
Happy fundraising!
