How to add, modify or delete a user login for your nonprofit account

Have you ever had a new person come on board at your nonprofit?  Does he or she need to see your nonprofit’s fundraising and donor reports?  Make your new coworker feel welcome (not to mention really special) by giving him or her a personal username and login for your nonprofit account.
