The recent warm weather in the Northeast was a reminder that spring is right around the corner.  In Boston that means Opening Day for the Sox, the Patriot’s Day holiday and the Marathon.  Many Firstgiving users are gearing up for the Boston Marathon and spreading the word about their fundraising pages and goals.  This year, like others, features people running for medical charities or in memory of a loved one.
